Festival tickets

Festival tickets include all workshops and performances over the weekend.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided right in the beating heart of the event, within the quaint, heritage listed cottages at Fairbridge Village, Pinjarra.

Only purchase accommodation if you have a separate ticket for the event (link to festival tickets above). Accommodation is bookable for a total of 3 nights only. Arrival for access to accommodation will be from 2pm Friday 11 April.

COTTAGES

Playmakers offers accommodation tickets for entire bedrooms for either one, two, three, four or five persons. Some rooms offer a QS/DBL bed for two persons with all others being single beds. It should be remembered that some beds are configured as bunks and some bedrooms are located upstairs. Please contact us if you have accessibility requirements due to a medical condition.

There are two types of bedrooms – Premium or Standard:

• Premium rooms include all bedding, bath towels and pillows – BYO personal items.
• Standard rooms require each person to BYO bedding, bath towels, pillows and personal items.

All accommodation includes kitchen and bathroom facilities which are mostly shared. Fridge space can be limited – be cool, bring an esky. 😊

It is a condition of utilising the cottages that you do not permit extra persons to sleep on the floor of any room within the cottage (this applies to Youth and Child ticketholders). Camping outside cottages is not permitted by the village management who will be monitoring the areas.

Get your friends together and start planning! If you need multiple rooms for large groups, it’s best to buy all your accommodation tickets under one name so the rooms may be (where logistically possible) in the same cottage.

For fairness, bedrooms will be assigned to accommodation ticket holders on a first purchased/first allocated basis. We encourage you to get in quick as spaces are limited.

CAMPING

Playmakers is delighted to announce that following recent negotiations with Fairbridge Village, a strictly limited number of camping tickets are now available. 

These tickets are being sold per person at $45 for those attending all three nights of the festival (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Regardless of sharing arrangements, each person in your group will need both a camping ticket and an event ticket if staying overnight. The ablution facilities will be serviced based on the number of users, and we appreciate your understanding. We can offer 20 tent and 20 van camping places on a first-come, first-served basis. Camping will be located on the northern end of the Oval, with easy access to ablution blocks immediately adjacent to the Oval and behind the Dining Hall.

Meals

Why not take advantage of prepared meals whilst enjoying the wonderful vibe that is Playmakers? We’ve tried to keep it reasonably priced for a good feed!

All meals are prepared by the team at Fairbridge Village with tickets purchased through Playmakers. You can order all meals or just some to suit your needs.

With varying arrivals on Friday and departures on Sunday, both these days dinner options are a ‘boxed’ style which you collect at the Dining Hall and heat inside your cottage accommodation as it suits you. We have not supplied any breakfast meal options due to the many varying times people like to rise ‘n’ shine. 😊

Saturday and Sunday lunch options are a simple ‘grab and go’ style with collection at the alfresco area of the Dining Hall building. Saturday dinner is a serviced meal, buffet style with good choices to suit most tastes. Venue for this is to be advised closer to the event.

Dietary Requirements

All meals offered have a vegetarian option and some vegan. Please read the description of each meal carefully before buying tickets.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for specific diets (nuts free, coeliac, lactose free, diabetic, halal, kosher). Please carefully read the descriptions for meals before buying tickets.
